鳳(feng)泉機床齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)為了提高傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)精(jing)度,設計出(chu)了波浪形(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)用(yong)于替代梯形(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao),同時將與之配套的(de)(de)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)牙齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)也修(xiu)改成波浪形(xing)(xing),但(dan)是(shi)由于齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)為一整(zheng)體(ti)鋼件,在齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)與齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)的(de)(de)嚙合傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)過程中(zhong)(zhong)易出(chu)現偏心抖動(dong),影響(xiang)了傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)進(jin)度,不能做到無縫隙傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong) ;再則(ze)由于齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)和(he)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)在傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)過程中(zhong)(zhong)處(chu)于抖動(dong)狀態(tai),使(shi)用(yong)噪聲(sheng)大(da)。高精(jing)密齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)另外,由于齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)條(tiao)(tiao)上表面(mian)波浪形(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)鋸(ju)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)存在大(da)量(liang)的(de)(de)凸面(mian)與凹面(mian),加工難度大(da),實際加工出(chu)的(de)(de)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)面(mian)粗(cu)糙,達不到高精(jing)度,使(shi)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)嚙合過程中(zhong)(zhong)產生間(jian)隙,影響(xiang)精(jing)度。

在(zai)設計(ji)的時候,一(yi)般設計(ji)師會盡量的把軸(zhou)(zhou)的長(chang)度給縮短一(yi)些,因為(wei)如果軸(zhou)(zhou)長(chang)過長(chang)的話,那么在(zai)滾齒機(ji)上(shang)面進行(xing)加工的難(nan)度也會有(you)所增加了而且還會因為(wei)長(chang)度太(tai)長(chang)導(dao)致部件的強度也會受(shou)到不(bu)良的影響的。

對測量(liang)的結果,要(yao)反(fan)復多次驗證,花費了很多時間樣(yang)軸(zhou)使(shi)用(yong)以后,在測量(liang)可傾瓦間隙時,只要(yao)把轉(zhuan)子樣(yang)軸(zhou)放在可傾瓦孔(kong)中,擰緊軸(zhou)承瓦蓋(按回(hui)裝要(yao)求進行),用(yong)手(shou)轉(zhuan)動樣(yang)軸(zhou),如(ru)果不動說明間隙過(guo)小,應重新選配瓦塊。
