南和(he)弧形(xing)(xing)齒條要(yao)在(zai)(zai)實際(ji)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)實現(xian)上(shang)述加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)原理,必須(xu)解決以下(xia)(xia)問題:L1段(duan)位(wei)置的(de)確定。為(wei)了確定L1段(duan)的(de)安(an)全位(wei)置,必須(xu)在(zai)(zai)線切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)機床上(shang)進行模擬運行。在(zai)(zai)噴嘴(zui)與工(gong)(gong)(gong)件不發生碰撞的(de)前提下(xia)(xia),應盡(jin)可(ke)能(neng)降低上(shang)噴嘴(zui)的(de)高(gao)度;此外,在(zai)(zai)編程(cheng)時應使兩段(duan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)的(de)中(zhong)斷點位(wei)于(yu)齒根中(zhong)點位(wei)置(如(ru)圖2所(suo)示),以避(bi)免在(zai)(zai)關鍵尺寸表面(mian)(mian)(mian)留下(xia)(xia)接(jie)刀痕跡,兩段(duan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)之間(jian)應有部分重合區域(~0.3mm),以避(bi)免形(xing)(xing)成接(jie)刀筋。基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)準(zhun)面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)測量。理論上(shang),通過準(zhun)確測量已加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)準(zhun)面(mian)(mian)(mian)A和(he)B,即可(ke)獲得(de)2段(duan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)在(zai)(zai)X、Y軸方向的(de)起割(ge)點。但在(zai)(zai)實際(ji)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong),由(you)于(yu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)齒形(xing)(xing)面(mian)(mian)(mian)兩側時為(wei)X、Y軸同時運動,而加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)A面(mian)(mian)(mian)時只有Y軸運動,因(yin)此難以保證A面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量;同時因(yin)上(shang)、下(xia)(xia)噴嘴(zui)距離較(jiao)大,電極切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)絲的(de)張力在(zai)(zai)精(jing)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)時不易(yi)達到要(yao)求,可(ke)能(neng)造成A面(mian)(mian)(mian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)尺寸不穩定,從而導致較(jiao)大的(de)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)準(zhun)面(mian)(mian)(mian)測量誤差,影(ying)響2段(duan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)起割(ge)點的(de)確定。此外,在(zai)(zai)重修(xiu)超差工(gong)(gong)(gong)件時,由(you)于(yu)A面(mian)(mian)(mian)在(zai)(zai)執行2段(duan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)后已被切(qie)(qie)(qie)掉,故無(wu)法再(zai)作為(wei)基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)準(zhun)面(mian)(mian)(mian)。在(zai)(zai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)實踐中(zhong)發現(xian),如(ru)以1段(duan)程(cheng)序(xu)(xu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)出(chu)的(de)前一齒側面(mian)(mian)(mian)作為(wei)測量基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)準(zhun)效果更(geng)好,由(you)于(yu)該面(mian)(mian)(mian)也是設(she)計基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)準(zhun)面(mian)(mian)(mian),如(ru)將其作為(wei)測量基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)準(zhun)面(mian)(mian)(mian),則可(ke)保證基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)準(zhun)重合。

另(ling)外夾具和齒坯制造、安裝、調整精度低也會引起齒向(xiang)誤差2、齒形(xing)誤差分析(xi) 齒輪齒形(xing)誤差是指在齒形(xing)工作部分內(nei),包容(rong)實際齒形(xing)廓線的(de)(de)兩(liang)理想齒形(xing)(漸開線)廓線間(jian)的(de)(de)法(fa)向(xiang)距離(li)。
