但在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)實(shi)際加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中,由于(yu)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)齒(chi)形面(mian)兩側時為(wei)X、Y軸(zhou)同時運動,而加(jia)工(gong)(gong)A面(mian)時只(zhi)有Y軸(zhou)運動,因此難以保證A面(mian)的加(jia)工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量(liang);同時因上、下噴嘴距離較(jiao)大,電極(ji)切割絲的張力(li)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)精加(jia)工(gong)(gong)時不易達到要求,可能造(zao)成A面(mian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)尺寸不穩定,從而導致較(jiao)大的基準(zhun)面(mian)測量(liang)誤差,影響(xiang)2段(duan)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)程序起(qi)割點的確(que)定此外,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)重修超差工(gong)(gong)件時,由于(yu)A面(mian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)執行(xing)2段(duan)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)程序后已(yi)被(bei)切掉,故無法再(zai)作(zuo)為(wei)基準(zhun)面(mian)。
